My path to becoming a therapist grew from a lifelong passion for helping people heal and live with greater balance and connection. Before becoming a marriage and family therapist, I spent over two decades working in health and wellness, education, and community care—experiences that taught me how deeply our emotional, physical, and spiritual lives are intertwined.
My work is grounded in compassion, respect, and authenticity. I blend evidence-based approaches with a holistic understanding of the whole person. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore life’s challenges, rediscover their strengths, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
